If u see a disabled Cancel link that would simply mean the either the order is shipped or the product is non-refundable.
In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ then you can undoubtedly return the product and we shall arrange the right product for you within 48 working hours of receiving the product back from your end.
Returns are easy, simply follow these steps
