Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by Pankaj Art Jewellery, however GST, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery [COD]

  2. COD charges depend on size & location of the product. The same can be seen while you are placing the order.
  3. Any other payment method cannot be used for COD orders.
  4. ONLY Cash Payment in Indian Rupees is accepted as payment.
  5. Cash on Delivery is not applicable on the designer products. If you want to buy designer products, you would need to opt for Online payment options.
    We offer cash on delivery (COD) at many locations in India limiting on certain pin codes. The website will automatically give you the option of COD if the pincode is served through this facility or else you can email us your area PIN code on so that we can check and revert.

● The Shipping time needed to deliver your order would range between 2 to 7 working days (Depending on your location)
● As for International Delivery the products will reach you between 7 to 21 working days (Depending on the Location)
● We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
